Last year I took a course on how to cook real food by jenny from the nourished kitchen. My Goal was to learn and expand upon what I already knew about natural real food cooking. Boy oh boy, did I learn a ton! Jenny provided a lot of information and made it super easy to learn. She provided a learning atmosphere so that no matter your learning style you would be able to go quickly through the course with options varying from print to video.
