How to Cook Real Food ~ The Nourished Life

Last year I took a course on how to cook real food by jenny from the nourished kitchen. My Goal was to learn and expand upon what I already knew about natural real food cooking. Boy oh boy, did I learn a ton! Jenny provided a lot of information and made it super easy to learn. She provided a learning atmosphere so that no matter your learning style you would be able to go quickly through the course with options varying  from print to video.

With an new year around and a huge influx in people wanting to learn about the Weston price way of cooking. Jenny has decided to open it again teaching all the fundamentals and even a lot more in depth topics on real food eating.
